Distinguished delegates, esteemed guests!

Dear parents and beloved young people and children!

Kind regards to everyone, I am… (position)…

Mid-Autumn Festival - the Moon Festival night is not only a reunion occasion but also a special moment where the hearts of young people and children are filled with joy and the care from our social community.

In the cheerful symphony of the Mid-Autumn Festival, I, on behalf of the Communist Party Committee - People’s Council - People’s Committee of… would like to wish the distinguished delegates, the parents, and especially the beloved young people and children, health, happiness, and a meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival night.

Dear delegates and parents, coming to all the beloved young people and children.

Each of us has experienced the lantern parades, sharing of moon cakes, and captured beautiful memories under the spotlight of the full moon in August. Today, joining the young people and children, I am filled with joy and emotion for having the opportunity to immerse myself in the enchanting atmosphere of childhood.

The Mid-Autumn Festival night is not only a family bonding occasion, a moment for children to parade with lanterns and share fun with friends. It is also a time for families and organizations to express their love and special concern for the future generation of the country.

This year, I am delighted to learn about the excellent achievements of young people and children in the village/commune… in studying and training (summary of achievements).

It is also a great emotion and pride when receiving good news from those who have overcome hardships, young kids winning high awards in competitions, and brave children unhesitatingly performing meaningful tasks for life…

On behalf of the Communist Party Committee - People’s Council - People’s Committee of… village/commune officials and staff…, I want to express heartfelt praise for the excellent achievements in studying and the continuous efforts in life, as well as the positive contributions to the community. I hope that the children will continue to strive and uphold the glorious tradition of the Vietnamese young people and children.

President Ho Chi Minh once wrote: “Children are like buds on a branch / Knowing to eat, sleep, and study is good.” I hope, parents and all levels of government will always create the best conditions, the most favorable environment for young people and children to play and study.

For the young people and children facing family difficulties, I hope the authorities will provide more attention, encouragement, giving them conditions to experience a full, meaningful school year and Mid-Autumn season.

Finally, sincere best wishes to the distinguished delegates, and esteemed parents for health, happiness, and success. Wishing the young people and children always diligent and excellent in their studies, worthy of being Uncle Ho’s good children and experiencing a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival - Moon Festival night.

Sincerely, thanks!

Are employees in Vietnam entitle to a day off on the Mid-Autumn Festival 2024?

According to Article 112 of the Labor Code 2019 stipulating public holidays:

Public holidays:

1. Employees are entitled to fully paid days off on the following public holidayss:

a) New Year’s Day: 1 day (January 1);
