- Submit the application to the licensing authority:

+ Within no more than 2 days from the date of completion of the tasks specified in Clause 2 of this Article, the application-receiving agency shall complete and submit the dossier to the competent state agency for licensing. ;

+ Within 05 days from the date of receipt of the dossier from the dossier-receiving agency, the licensing state agency shall decide whether or not to allow the extension, transfer or return of the application. part of the area shall be returned to the Mineral Exploration License and Mineral Mining License; within 03 days in case of extension or return of the license for salvage mining. In case of refusal, it must reply in writing and clearly state the reason.
