- The Department leaders in charge and the heads of the units within the Department regularly urged officials and public employees to carry out activities according to the established ISO processes. Outcome and progress reports are made at the Department's quarterly briefings.
- Currently, the units within the Department are adhering to the established ISO processes and applying the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 process implemented in 2023 by the Ministry of Health.
