Procedure for Registration to Participate in the Latest Notarization Intern Result Examination
Based on the regulations in Section 7, Administrative Procedures issued together with Decision 2683/QD-BTP in 2023, the procedure for registration to participate in the latest notarization intern result examination is specified as follows:
- The registrant can submit the application directly, via postal service, or through the Public Administrative Service Center. The application set includes one registration dossier to the Department of Justice where the internship registration was made;
- Within 15 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier, the Department of Justice informs the registrant in writing about the eligibility to request the Ministry of Justice for examination participation; in case of refusal, a written notice stating the reason must be provided.
Method of Execution: Direct submission, via postal service, or through the Public Administrative Service Center.
Processing Time: Within 15 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier.
Result of Administrative Procedures: The Department of Justice informs the registrant in writing about the eligibility to request the Ministry of Justice for examination participation; in case of refusal, a written notice stating the reason must be provided.

What Does the Latest Registration Dossier to Participate in the Notarization Intern Result Examination Include?
Based on the regulations in Section 7, Administrative Procedures issued together with Decision 2683/QD-BTP in 2023, the latest registration dossier to participate in the notarization intern result examination includes:
- Registration form to participate in the notarization intern result examination (Form TP-TSCC-10);
- Decision on recognition of completed notarization internship;

What Are the Requirements and Conditions for Participating in the Notarization Intern Result Examination?
Based on the regulations in Section 7, Administrative Procedures issued together with Decision 2683/QD-BTP in 2023, the requirements and conditions for participating in the notarization intern result examination are as follows:
The following individuals may register for the examination:
- Those who have been recognized for completing the internship as per the regulations in Article 12 Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP;
- Those who were eligible for the previous examination but requested postponement and were allowed to postpone by the Examination Council for Notarization Intern Result;
- Those who participated but did not meet the requirements in the previous examination, except for cases where they did not meet the requirement in three consecutive examinations without re-internship.
What Are the Conditions for Recognizing the Completion of Notarization Internship?
Based on the regulations in Article 12 Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP, the conditions for recognizing the completion of the notarization internship are specified as follows:
Completion of the Notarization Internship
Within 15 days from the end of the internship period, the intern shall send a written request for recognition of internship completion, attached with a Report on internship results, Internship logbook (certified copies or photocopies attached to the originals for comparison) to the Department of Justice where the internship registration was made. Within 10 days from the date of receiving the request, the Department of Justice issues a decision recognizing the completion of the notarization internship (Form TP-TSCC-08); in case of refusal, a written notice stating the reason must be provided.
The intern is recognized for completing the notarization internship when the following conditions are met:
a) The intern meets the internship eligibility and is not subject to the cases where internship registration is prohibited;
b) The internship-guiding notary meets the requirements for guiding internships and is not subject to changes during the internship guidance process;
c) The intern completes the internship period; submits the Report on internship results and the Internship logbook on time, meeting the requirements specified in this Circular and the attached forms; fulfills all other obligations of an intern.
- If the person recognized for completing the internship is found not to meet the conditions for being recognized, the Department of Justice shall issue a decision to cancel the recognized internship results. The person whose internship results are canceled may register for internship again if meeting the internship conditions specified in this Circular.
Conditions for recognizing the completion of notarization internship are as follows:
- The intern meets the internship eligibility and is not subject to cases where internship registration is prohibited;
- The internship-guiding notary meets the requirements for guiding internships and is not subject to changes during the internship guidance process;
- The intern completes the internship period; submits the Report on internship results and the Internship logbook on time, meeting the requirements specified in Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP and the attached forms; fulfills all other obligations of an intern.
