If the conclusion determines that the inspection subjects violated the rules to the extent requiring disciplinary action and voluntarily submit a self-criticism and accept disciplinary actions, the Politburo or the Secretariat considers and decides or reports to the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party for consideration and decision according to its authority. If the inspection subjects are not voluntary and do not accept responsibility, further inspection is conducted, or the Central Inspection Commission is directed to conduct an inspection if there are signs of violations.
- The inspection team finalizes the inspection result report, cooperates with the Central Office of the Communist Party to draft an inspection conclusion notice for the Standing Secretary to sign and issue.
Step 2: A representative of the Politburo or Secretariat informs or authorizes the inspection team to inform the inspection conclusion to the inspection subjects and related organizations and individuals for implementation.
