Where do candidates who have graduated from high school or intermediate level submit their personal information registration form?

Exam registration

1. Exam registration location:

a) Subjects as specified in point a, clause 1, Article 12 of these Regulations register online or directly at the high school where they attended 12th grade.

b) Subjects as specified in points b, c, clause 1, Article 12 of these Regulations register at a location (referred to as the registration place) as prescribed by the Department of Education and Training. The head of the unit at the registration location is responsible for performing the tasks as prescribed in Article 60 of these Regulations.

Free candidates submit their registration documents directly at the location specified by the Department of Education and Training.

For convenience, free candidates can submit their documents at continuing education centers or the district/ward education offices where they reside. Responsibilities of high schools

1. 3. Organize study sessions for officials and public employees, teachers, and candidates on the exam regulations; provide necessary facilities and safety measures if selected as an exam venue or re-evaluation location.

4. Receive applications, compile a list of candidates requesting re-evaluation, and transfer it to the Department of Education and Training; deliver exam result certificates to candidates who submitted registration forms at the school.

5. Issue temporary graduation certificates and certificates of completion of the general education program.

6. Archive exam records as prescribed.

7. Compare average scores of the exam papers, subject component test scores with the average scores of corresponding subjects in the 12th-grade school year of the school's students to serve as a basis for improving teaching and learning activities in the school.
