3. The content of Dangerous goods training
a) The training content of dangerous goods safety must be appropriate to the position and responsibility of the person being trained; the nature, type, and level of danger of the dangerous goods. The training materials are implemented by the cargo lessee or the transporter, with the content compiled according to the type and group of types specified in Article 4 of this Decree;
b) The training content includes: The name of the dangerous goods, their dangerous properties, classification, and labeling; safety risks during storage, loading, unloading, and transportation of dangerous goods; appropriate storage, loading, unloading, and transportation processes; regulations on the safety of dangerous goods; emergency response procedures: Use of emergency facilities to handle incidents like fires, explosions, leaks, dissemination of hazardous substances, first aid for incident casualties, use, maintenance, and inspection of safety equipment, facilities, and personal protective equipment for emergency response, process maps for incident communication, cooperation with competent authorities to mobilize resources for response, incident mitigation, containment of pollution sources spreading to the environment, collection of spilled hazardous substances, and post-incident environmental remediation.
Dangerous goods training content includes:
