Pursuant to the provisions at Point a, Clause 1, Article 15 of the Charter of preschools in Vietnam promulgated together with Circular No. 52/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating as follows:

Junior and senior kindergarten classes
1. Children are sorted into junior kindergarten classes or senior kindergarten classes.
a) For junior kindergarten classes: children from 3 months old to 36 months old will be sorted into junior kindergarten classes. The maximum number of children in a junior kindergarten class is regulated as follows:
- A junior kindergarten class for children from 3 months old to 12 months old: 15 children;
- A junior kindergarten class for children from 13 months old to 24 months old: 20 children;
- A junior kindergarten class for children from 25 months old to 36 months old: 25 children;

According to the above regulations, children from 3 months old to 36 months old will be sorted into junior kindergarten classes.

If the number of children in each junior or senior kindergarten class is insufficient (below 50%) compared to the maximum number prescribed in Points a and b Clause 1 of this Article, it is permissible to organize a combined class with not more than 20 children per junior class and 30 children per senior class.

- To receive physical and spiritual safety assurance; to be cared for, respected, and treated fairly; to have their legitimate rights and benefits ensured; to have their conditions ensured regarding physical facilities, hygiene, and safety at preschools.

- To participate in activities that promote individual abilities.

- To enjoy policies as per regulation.

- To enjoy other rights as per the law.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 of the Charter of preschools in Vietnam promulgated together with Circular No. 52/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating the tasks of children in preschools as follows:

- Be courteous with grandparents, parents, teachers, and adults; unite, cherish, and help friends or younger children.

- Proactively and actively participate in activities of nurturing, caring, and educating for children suitable for their ability and age.

- Wear neat outfits suitable for the age and convenient for activities at preschools.

- Practice personal hygiene; participate in keeping the school and class clean according to their ability, contributing to the protection of the environment.

- Perform regulations of preschools.
