Goals to 2025 according to the Party's guidelines and policies from 2021-2025?

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution 25/2021/QH15 stipulating specific goals by 2025 as follows:

- Striving for the whole country to have at least 80% of new rural communes of Vietnam standards, in which, at least 10% of communes will meet model new rural standards, no more new rural communes of Vietnam will meet less than 15 criteria; continue to build advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas for new rural communes of Vietnam , districts and provinces that have been recognized as meeting new rural standards; the average income of rural people will increase at least 1.5 times compared to 2020;
