+ Service opening time must ensure at least 4 hours/working day.
- About the service:
+ At the service point, ensure to provide the following services:
+ Mail service with receiving address, single unit weight up to 02 kg.
+ Service of wrapping and bales of goods with a single weight of up to 05 kg.
Thus, new rural communes of Vietnam with postal service points in the decision on information and communication criteria of the new Ministry of Information and Communications for the period 2021-2025 must meet the above criteria.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 11 Article 2 of Decree 17/2017/ND-CP defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications as follows:

g) Coordinating the management of competition and settling disputes in the postal sector, protecting the legitimate interests of postal service users in accordance with law.

Goals to 2025 according to the Party's guidelines and policies from 2021-2025?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution 25/2021/QH15 stipulating specific goals by 2025 as follows:
- Striving for the whole country to have at least 80% of new rural communes of Vietnam standards, in which, at least 10% of communes will meet model new rural standards, no more new rural communes of Vietnam will meet less than 15 criteria; continue to build advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas for new rural communes of Vietnam , districts and provinces that have been recognized as meeting new rural standards; the average income of rural people will increase at least 1.5 times compared to 2020;
- Striving for the whole country to have at least 50% of districts, towns and provincial cities meet new rural standards, complete the task of building new rural areas, of which at least 20% of districts meeting the standards will be recognized as new rural areas. newly enhanced rural district, model new rural district.
