According to Official Dispatch 3099/BLDTBXH-CTE 2024 on organizing the Mid-Autumn Festival 2024, the organization of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2024 shall be carried out as follows:

Organizing the Mid-Autumn Festival for children is a beautiful tradition of the Vietnamese nation.

To ensure that children across the country enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival 2024, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs requests the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to direct the provincial departments and authorities and the People's Committees at all levels on the following points:

- Allocate funds from the state budget; mobilize resources of organizations and individuals to visit and give Mid-Autumn gifts to children;

Including special attention to children in special circumstances, children of poor households, near-poor households, children in ethnic minority areas, remote areas, border areas, islands, orphans, and children affected by natural disasters and epidemics.

- Direct the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs to cooperate with the provincial departments and authorities, relevant units to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival activities for children ensuring safety, health, practicality, and frugality;

Coordinate to organize activities that integrate the traditional values of the Mid-Autumn Festival with events promoting tourism, cultural, and culinary products characteristic of each region and locality.
