- Performing tasks servicing the 4th, 5th, and 6th sessions of the XV National Assembly.

- The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is to lead in organizing working delegations with localities to gather opinions and continue to perfect the revised Land Law project (from November 2022 to the end of April 2023).
- Assigning ministries to lead, coordinate in proposing amendments, and supplement related legal documents to land law; build Decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law according to Appendix I attached to this Plan.

- Leveraging the role of land resources, addressing the limitations and shortcomings identified during the review of the implementation of the Land Law 2013.
- Clearly identifying the work contents, timelines, progress, and responsibilities of the related agencies and organizations during the examination and completion of the revised Land Law project for submission to the National Assembly.
- The implementation of tasks must be carried out promptly, synchronously, and effectively; ensuring tight coordination among the related agencies and organizations.
- Continuing to cooperate with the agencies of the National Assembly to conduct broad, full, and substantial consultations with the related subjects.
What is the plan for collecting public opinions on the revised Land Law draft?
The Government of Vietnam has set out a plan for collecting public opinions on the revised Land Law draft with the content and timeframe stipulated in Appendix II issued in conjunction with Resolution 150/NQ-CP in 2022 as follows:
- Coordinating to build a draft Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on organizing the collection of public opinions on the revised Land Law draft: Submit to the Government of Vietnam before November 25, 2022; Send to the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs before December 01, 2022;
- Building the content for collecting public opinions on the revised Land Law draft: November 2022;
- Publishing the revised Land Law draft for public consultation: December 2022 – January 2023;
- Organizing conferences, seminars, forums to collect public opinions on the revised Land Law draft (according to the Plan of the National Assembly): January – February 2023;
- Aggregating and building a report on the collection, explanation of public opinion on the revised Land Law draft: Submit to the Government of Vietnam before March 10, 2023, and send to the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs before April 01, 2023.
