Students taking the specialized Grade 10 exam will take additional specialized subjects, and students applying for the integrated Grade 10 who have not studied integrated courses at the secondary level will take an additional integrated subject on the afternoon of June 7.

According to the provisions of Article 6 of the Regulations issued with Circular 11/2014/TT-BGDDT (some phrases eliminated by Article 2 of Circular 05/2018/TT-BGDDT) stipulates as follows:

1. A valid copy of the birth certificate.
2. The secondary school graduation diploma or temporary secondary school graduation certificate or a copy of the secondary school graduation diploma.
3. The secondary school transcript.
4. A confirmation letter for priority policies issued by a competent authority (if any).
5. A confirmation letter issued by the People's Committee of the commune, ward, or commune-level town (for those who graduated from secondary schools in previous academic years) stating they are not serving a prison sentence; not undergoing non-custodial rehabilitation or violating the law.
The Grade 10 enrollment application includes:
