How to Apply Stamping for National High School Exam 2023 Registration?

By definition, the cross-page stamp is the seal placed on the left or right margin of documents comprising two or more pages to ensure the authenticity of each sheet of the document and to prevent any alteration or incorrect modification of the content.

For candidates registering for the National High School Exam 2023, the cross-page stamp is used to verify their identity.

According to Appendix IX issued with Official Dispatch 1515/BGDDT-QLCL in 2023 regulating the cross-page stamp application as follows:

For candidates currently studying in the 12th grade:- Fill out the online registration information according to the account provided on the Exam Management Software System.- After completing the review and confirmation within the specified registration period, the high school where the candidate is studying will print the Registration Form, Form 1, Form 2, and sign, seal with a cross-page stamp on the photo of the Registration Form to confirm candidate identity.

For independent candidates:- Independent candidates fill in the necessary information on the envelope containing the Registration Form, Form 1, and Form 2 (the information must be identical in all corresponding sections on the envelope, Form 1, and Form 2).- Attach a photocopy of both sides of the ID Card/CCCD on a single A4 sheet and two 4x6 photos taken according to the CCCD/ID standard, taken within 6 months (clearly stating full name, date of birth on the back of each photo, place these photos in a small envelope). Stamp with a cross-page stamp on the photo of the Registration Form.- Additionally, affix one more photo in the designated area on the front of the envelope containing the Registration Form, then submit it to the registration receiver.

Thus, both candidates who are currently in the 12th grade and independent candidates must stamp a cross-page stamp on the photo of the registration form when submitting the registration application for the National High School Exam 2023.

According to Official Dispatch 1515/BGDDT-QLCL in 2023, the guidelines for applying the cross-page stamp for candidates are as follows:

For candidates currently studying in the 12th grade

The high school where the candidate is studying will apply a cross-page stamp on the photo of the Registration Form to confirm candidate identity after completing the review and confirmation within the specified registration period.

For independent candidates

Independent candidates will go to the local police department of the ward or commune where they reside to sign and stamp with a cross-page stamp on the photo of the Registration Form to confirm candidate identity.

Responsibilities of candidates when participating in the National High School Graduation Exam

According to Article 14 of the Regulations issued with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT and some regulations amended by Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 06/2023/TT-BGDDT, candidates must be present at the exam room at the specified time in the Exam Notice to complete exam procedures:

- Present identification such as ID Card or Citizen Identification Card (collectively referred to as Citizen Identification Card) and receive the Exam Card;- If there are errors in full name, middle name, first name, date of birth, priority status, priority area, they must immediately inform the exam proctor (CBCT) or the person in charge at the Exam Point for prompt handling;- In case of losing the Citizen Identification Card or other necessary documents, must promptly report to the Chief of the Exam Point for consideration and handling.

Each exam session, candidates must be present at the exam room at the specified time, follow the orders of the Exam Proctor and the guidance of CBCT. Candidates arriving more than 15 minutes late after the start signal will not be allowed to take the exam for that session.

Candidates must comply with the following regulations in the examination room:

- Present the Exam Card to the CBCT;- Sit in the correct seat with their registration number;- Before starting the exam, must fully write their registration number and candidate information on the exam paper, answer sheet, and scratch paper;- Upon receiving the exam paper, must check the number of pages and the quality of the printed pages; if any page is missing or torn, damaged, blurred, they must report to the CBCT in the exam room within 05 (five) minutes from the time the exam paper is distributed;- Not allowed to exchange, copy others' answers, use unauthorized materials, or engage in fraudulent acts or disrupt the exam room order; if needing to comment, must raise hand to report to CBCT, and, with permission, candidates may openly express their comments to CBCT;- Not allowed to mark or make any special signs, not allowed to write with a pencil except for shading the boxes on the answer sheet; only allowed to write with one color ink (not red ink);- Must stop writing immediately when the end-of-exam signal goes off;- Keep their exam paper intact, prevent others from taking advantage of it; must immediately report to CBCT any case in which their exam paper has been tampered with or interfered with;- When submitting an essay exam, must clearly record the number of sheets submitted and sign the confirmation on the answer receipt; candidates who do not complete the exam must still submit the exam paper (for essay exams), answer sheet (for multiple-choice exams);- Not allowed to leave the exam room during the multiple-choice exam session; for essay exam sessions, candidates may leave the exam room and exam area after 2/3 (two-thirds) of the session's duration has passed, and must submit the exam paper and scratch paper before leaving the exam room;- Only allowed to leave the exam room when permitted by CBCT and must be under surveillance by the monitoring staff; in case of emergency, must be under police surveillance until the end of the exam session, decided by the Chief of the Exam Point;- Only allowed to bring into the exam room: Pens, pencils, compasses, erasers, rulers, calculators without text editing functions and no memory card; Vietnam Geography Atlat for Geography subject.
