According to Clause 1, Article 37 of Regulation 69-QD/TW of 2022, violations of regulations on inspection, supervision, inspection and audit are as follows:
- Communist Party members who violate one of the following circumstances, causing less serious consequences, shall be disciplined in the form of reprimand:
Violating regulations on inspection, supervision, inspection and audit.
+ Delay, evade, fail to provide or provide untimely, complete and truthful documents, documents and data at the request of inspection, supervision, inspection and auditing agencies or organizations or deal with inspection, supervision, inspection, audit teams.

What are the regulations on dismissing Members of Communist Party of Vietnam for violating regulations of inspection, supervision, inspection and audit?
According to Clause 2, Article 37 of Regulation 69-QD/TW of 2022, violations of regulations on inspection, supervision, inspection and audit are as follows:
- In case of having been disciplined according to Clause 1 of this Article but recidivism or first violation causes serious consequences or violates one of the following cases, the discipline shall be in the form of warning or dismissal (if there is a position):
+ Take advantage of the position of work to interfere, influence, and impose on inspection, supervision, inspection and audit activities, the implementation of recommendations and decisions on handling after inspection, supervision, inspection, audit.
+ Abuse positions and powers in examination, supervision, inspection and audit to do illegal activities; harass, cause difficulties and troubles to the subjects of inspection, supervision, inspection and audit.
+ Possess and destroy documents and exhibits, falsify records and documents related to inspection, supervision, inspection and audit contents.
+ Disclose and supply information and documents on inspection, supervision, inspection and audit plans and contents without approval from competent authorities or contents of inspection, supervision and inspection conclusions, the audit has not been signed and approved by a competent person or has not been published yet.
+ Detect violations in inspection, supervision, inspection and audit to the extent to be handled without directing, deciding or not recommending for handling.
+ Conceal, correct documents, vouchers, books or changing or destroying evidence in order to deal with inspection, supervision, inspection and audit activities.
+ Abuse of positions and powers to expand the subjects, scope and duration of inspection, supervision, inspection and audit against regulations.
+ Detect violations without reporting but agreeing to follow the direction of competent people to report untruthful or incomplete results of inspection, supervision, inspection and audit.
+ Advise or direct without receiving, receiving incompletely, or explaining (the explanation content is in accordance with the Party's regulations and the State's laws) of the inspected, supervised, inspected and audited subjects.
+ Lose or damage dossiers, documents and material evidence of objects of inspection, supervision, inspection or audit.
+ Use the funds of the inspected, supervised, inspected and audited subjects to pay for meals and vacation expenses during the course of inspection, supervision, inspection and audit (except for internal inspection, supervision, payment, and audit).
What are the regulations on expelling members of Communist Party of Vietnam for violating regulations of inspection, supervision, inspection and audit?
According to Clause 3, Article 37 of Regulation 69-QD/TW of 2022, violations of regulations on supervision, inspection and audit are as follows:
- In case of violation of Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article, causing very serious consequences or in one of the following cases, the discipline shall be in the form of expulsion:
+ Conclude or advise incorrect conclusions ailing; decide and handle in contravention of the Party's regulations and the State's laws; make false reports, cover up agencies, units, organizations and individuals that commit illegal acts or violations in inspection, supervision, inspection and audit activities.
+ Oppose, obstruct, bribe, take revenge, suppress, control or slander persons in charge of inspection, supervision, inspection, auditing, persons providing information, documents and evidence for activities inspection, supervision, inspection and audit.
+ Fail to issue inspection decisions when detecting signs of violations of the Party's regulations and the State's laws.
Thus, in case Communist Party members oppose, obstruct, bribe, take revenge, suppress, control or slander the person in charge of inspection, supervision, inspection, audit, information provider documents and evidence for inspection, supervision, inspection and audit activities will be expelled from the Party.
