Pursuant to subsection 3, Section II, Plan 59/KH-VKSTC in 2022 of the Supreme People's Procuracy, which stipulates the conditions for participating in the 2022 Investigator entrance exam:
- Title of Senior Investigator:
+ Currently work as a mid-level investigator at the investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the investigating agency of the Central Military Procuracy;
+ Hold the rank of intermediate investigator at the investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy or the investigating agency of the Central Military Procuracy for a full 05 years or more (in case he/she has been an Intermediate investigator in the People's Army, Intermediate investigator in the Public Security branch, Intermediate procurator in the Procuracy branch, Intermediate judge in the Court branch, and Intermediate enforcer in the Judgment enforcement agency, the time holding that rank shall be counted into the period of holding the rank of intermediate investigator);
+ Ensure the provisions of Article 46; Points b, c, d, Clause 1, Article 49 of the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies; Article 14 Regulation No. 26.
- Title of Intermediate Investigator:
+ Satisfy the conditions and criteria for appointing intermediate investigators according to the provisions of Article 46 and Clause 1, Article 48 of the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies, Article 17 of Regulation No. 26;
+ In case fall to meet the criteria specified at Point a, Clause 1, Article 48 of the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies above, but have worked in the law field for more than 9 years (Clause 2, Article 48 of the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Bodies), hold the rank of primary investigator, intermediate procurator, primary procurator, principal investigator, and chief expert working at the investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy, The Central Military Procuracy's Investigation Agency may participate in the competition.
- Title of Primary Investigator:
+ Work as a primary procurator, investigative officer, inspector, expert working at the investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the investigating agency of the Central Military Procuracy;
+ Ensure the provisions of Article 46; Clauses 1 and 2, Article 47 of the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies; Article 20 Regulation No. 26.
- Receive comments and evaluation of the work process by the agency or unit in the previous 03 consecutive years until the time of registration for successfully completing the task or more, in the case of the previous 03 years immediately before the registration. Contestants who have not completed their tasks for 1 year or have completed their tasks must have at least 1 year achieved the title of Grassroots Emulation Fighter or higher to be considered and approved by the collective leadership and committees of agencies and units. the location where the job candidate agrees and agrees to send registration to participate in the recruitment exam;
- Receive good comments from the party committee or local government where the contestant resides for 12 months or more on the observance of the law by the contestant and his family at the place of residence.
- Exclude the review period or subject to disciplinary action;
- Have enough health to complete assigned tasks;
- Have a full profile and personal background certified by a competent authority, ensure political standards and ethical qualities as prescribed.

What are the regulations to participate in the recruitment exam for the rank of Investigator of the People's Procuracy of Vietnam in 2022?
Pursuant to subsection 4, Section II, of Plan 59/KH-VKSTC in 2022 of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Procuracy stipulates the application for registration as an investigator of the procuracy as follows:
- An application form for examination to recruit investigator;
- A written request from the leaders and committees of the investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the investigating agency of the Central Military Procuracy to select and recruit candidates who fully meet the conditions, criteria and ability to take the exam. ;
- A Curriculum vitae according to the form of management of officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs (no more than 6 months from the date of receipt of the application), certified by the head of the agency or unit;
- A review of work 03 the year preceding the date of registration for the exam (certified by the Head of the Agency);
- Written comments and evaluations of the leaders and committees of agencies and units;
- A copy of the current decision on appointment of the official rank and certified copies of diplomas and certificates according to the exam standards;
- Comments and assessments of the party committee or the administration of the place of residence; Commissar or commander of military units managing military administration at that time exam registration score;
- A health certificate (valid within 12 months from the date the competent health authority issues a conclusion).
Accordingly, when participating in the entrance exam for the rank of Investigator of the People's Procuracy in 2022, candidates need to prepare documents according to the above components.
What is the time and place to organize the recruitment exam for the rank of Investigator of the People's Procuracy of Vietnam in 2022?
Pursuant to subsection 5, Section II, of Plan 59/KH-VKSTC in 2022 of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the time and place of the exam are prescribed as follows:
- The Supreme People's Procuracy has agreed on the recruitment exam for senior investigator, intermediate investigator, elementary investigator in 2022, in the form of 180-minute written-exam and 60-minute multiple-choice test (or 30-minute oral exam).
- The investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Central Military Procuracy shall appoint candidates, make a list and send documents to the Department of Personnel and Organization for appraisal and report to the Examination Council. Recruitment before July 1, 2022.
- Exam time: expected August 2022.
- Exam venue: Hanoi Procuratorate University
- How to calculate test scores: The test is graded on a 100-point scale for each type of test (writing test score: 100, factor 2; multiple-choice or oral exam score: 100, factor 1).
Thus, the time of the exam for selection of the rank of Investigator of the People's Procuracy in 2022 is in August 2022 and the exam venue will be at Hanoi Procuratorate University.
