3. The unit supervising temporary detention and criminal judgment execution is responsible for presiding, cooperating with the unit supervising and resolving complaints and denunciations in judicial activities to assist the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecution office at their level in supervising the resolution of complaints and denunciations in the execution of criminal judgments.

4. The unit supervising civil judgment execution is responsible for presiding, cooperating with the unit supervising and resolving complaints and denunciations in judicial activities to assist the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecution office at their level in supervising the resolution of complaints and denunciations in the execution of civil judgments and administrative judgments.

- Assign prosecutors to participate directly in the supervision of handling complaints and denunciations in judicial activities.

b) Responsibilities of the cooperating units in supervision:

- Fully and promptly implement as requested by the presiding unit in supervision.

- In case of detecting violations by competent authorities in resolving complaints and denunciations in judicial activities through their professional work, they must proactively notify and promptly cooperate with the presiding unit in supervision to perform supervisory tasks as prescribed.
