Pursuant to Section 2, Part II of Official Letter 2224/TCT-TVQT 2022 on the time and location of the training as follows:

First, Training time: 01 session, Tuesday morning, June 28, 2022 (from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). (Detailed program in the attached appendix)

Second, Training mode: Online.

Third, Location: At 64 bridge points, specifically:

- Bridge point of the General Department of Taxation: Headquarters of the General Department of Taxation (123 Lo Duc, Dong Mac Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi).

- Meeting point for Tax Departments: Online videoconference hall at Tax Department headquarters in 63 provinces/cities. The Tax Department can assign a number of Tax Departments to attend online at the TV station of the Tax Department depending on the actual conditions and register in advance with the General Department to ensure that no more than 50% of the Tax Departments have demand points. private.

How to manage registration to use, print, issue and sell Vietnam electronic stamp?

The process promulgated together with Decision 568/QD-TCT in 2022 on management of registration for use, printing, issuance and sale of Vietnam electronic stamp is as follows:

First: Manage the catalog of Vietnam electronic stamp

- Decentralization of building the list of Vietnam electronic stamp

+ The International Tax Department at the General Department of Taxation: Based on current regulations on printing and issuance to build a list of types of e-payments according to regulations.

+ In case of changing the printing price of the stamp with the sample symbol, a new list of e-mails must be made.

- Electronic management system

+ The electronic management system automatically updates the list of e-mails (form DM01/TEM) in detail according to the type of stamps (e.g. wine electronic stamps, electronic cigarette stamps).

Second: Manage inventory list

- Electronic data warehouse on the e-management system

+ The International Relations Department creates inventory lists on the e-management system, including the following types of warehouses:

+ Main type of warehouse: This is a warehouse for stamps that are still valid for use.

+ Type of warehouse waiting for destruction: This is a warehouse for stamps that are no longer valid, faulty stamps, wet stamps, termites, rat bites, etc., which cannot be used and are waiting to be destroyed.

+ Type of sample warehouse: This is a warehouse for all kinds of stamps used to issue samples (open at the General Department of Taxation).

- In terms of physical assets, there is only one warehouse at the tax office. Particularly for regional Tax Departments, depending on the actual situation, leaders of regional Tax Sub-Departments will arrange to have more warehouses at the local one-stop department without the headquarters of the regional Tax Department, ensuring convenience. transactions for taxpayers, reforming tax administrative procedures.

- Manage, monitor and use the IT warehouse

+ At the General Department of Taxation (Department of International Relations) manages all kinds of warehouses on the electronic management system created by the General Department of Taxation and in-kind warehouses to serve the needs of management and use.

+ At the Tax Department, Tax Department:
