If a vehicle whose the seal of inspection has expired is still used on the streets, how will the driver be fined?

I just bought a 5-seater car. May I ask for inspection dossiers of a 5-seater car for the first time, what documents do I need to prepare? Is the vehicle inspection seal issued once for the lifetime of the vehicle or is it periodically issued? If a vehicle whose the seal of inspection has expired is still used on the streets, how will the driver operating it be fined?

What are the documents for the first vehicle inspection for 5-seater car?
