Pursuant to Section 14 Administrative Procedures issued with Decision 2901/QD-BTNMT in 2023 stipulating the latest procedures for issuance of license for full extraction of minerals are as follows:
- Step 1. Submit application
Organizations and individuals requesting a license for full extraction of minerals submit applications directly or by mail to the Office of Receiving and Returning Results of Administrative Procedures of the Provincial People's Committee (or Division). Receive and return results from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) or submit online at the electronic information portal provided by the Provincial People's Committee.
- Step 2. Process documents
