Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of Regulation 69-QD/TW of 2022, stipulating disciplinary action for violations of the promulgation and implementation of the Party's guidelines and regulations and the State's laws water as follows:
"first. Violations in one of the following cases, causing less serious consequences, shall be disciplined in the form of reprimand:
a) Failure to comply with the guidelines and regulations of the Party and laws of the State according to their functions, tasks and powers.

2. The first violation of the cases specified in Clause 1 of this Article causing serious consequences or the recidivism or one of the following violations shall be disciplined in the form of a warning:
a) Failing to comply with the Party's guidelines and regulations and the State's laws.
b) Take responsibility but fail to issue action plans or plans to implement the Party's guidelines and regulations as prescribed.
c) Lack of responsibility in leading, directing or discussing, leading to the publication of documents with contents contrary to the guidelines and regulations of the Party, the laws of the State or superiors.
d) Directing and promulgating institutions, mechanisms and policies with contents contrary to the guidelines and regulations of the Party, the law of the State, and planting group and local interests.
d) In the process of organizing the implementation, there are decisions that are contrary to the guidelines and regulations of the superior party committees and organizations.
3. Discipline in the form of dissolution in case of failure to promulgate or organize the implementation of the Party's guidelines and regulations and the State's laws, causing particularly serious consequences.
Thus, in case the Party organization fails to promulgate or implement the Party's guidelines and regulations and the State's laws, causing particularly serious consequences, it will be disbanded.
