- Please log in again at the website https://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn, click on your name at the top right corner, select "Manage submitted documents", and you will see the payment button.
If for any reason you are unable to log in to your public service account but you have the document code (as seen in the SMS received when successfully submitting the document), you can access the address https://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn/bocongan/tracuu. Enter the document code and the verification code displayed next to it, then click "Look up" to display the payment button.
After clicking the payment button, the following options will appear. Select "Online payment".
For a quick payment experience, we recommend using Momo, VNPTMoney, ViettelMoney, Vietcombank iBanking, BIDV iBanking, and Napas. These payment methods allow you to make payments even if the bank account or e-wallet name does not match the name of the passport applicant.
After making the payment and seeing the deduction from your account, you need to wait for the payment page to display the document code for it to be considered successful. Do not close the web window if the document code has not appeared yet, as it may result in an error where the payment is deducted but the payment status is not updated.
