Article 4 of Circular 37/2023/TT-BQP regulates the contents of international cooperation in the field of military medicine as follows:
Cooperation contents
1. Training, fostering, and professional skills training for military medical officers and staff.
2. Research, production, manufacture, and utilization of medical equipment and products.
3. Sharing information, research, transfer, and application of medical science and technology.
4. Enhancing the capacity of the military medical sector in humanitarian aid and disaster relief activities, natural disaster prevention, and disease control.
5. Participating in the United Nations peacekeeping operations.
6. Medical examination and treatment between Vietnamese military medicine and other countries.
7. Other cooperation contents in the field of military medicine as prescribed by law.
Thus, there are 07 main contents in the activities of international cooperation in the field of military medicine:

What are the forms of international cooperation in the field of military medicine?
Based on Article 5 of Circular 37/2023/TT-BQP regulating the forms of international cooperation in the field of military medicine as follows:
- Organizing military medical delegations to work abroad: Visiting and working with military and civilian medical professionals in other countries, international organizations abroad; dispatching experts, interns; short-term and long-term training.- Receiving military and civilian medical delegations from other countries and international organizations: Visiting and working with Vietnamese military medicine; inviting and receiving experts, interns; short-term and long-term training.- Organizing and participating in international conferences and seminars in Vietnam; attending international conferences and seminars abroad.- Participating in signing international cooperation documents in the field of military medicine.- Joint training, observing, and drilling exercises.- Engaging in exchanges and twinning with military medical units, military hospitals, and civilian medical units from other countries and international organizations.- Exchanging and receiving medals, orders, commemorative badges, and other physical rewards.- Providing and receiving medical support and aid.- Exchanging cooperation contents with military and civilian medical professionals from other countries and international organizations via phone, email, or other forms as prescribed by law.- Participating in humanitarian medical examination and treatment with military and civilian medical professionals from other countries abroad; inviting military and civilian medical professionals from other countries to participate in humanitarian medical examination and treatment in Vietnam.- Organizing training, education, and dispatching Vietnamese military medical professionals to participate in United Nations peacekeeping operations.- Organizing medical examination and treatment in Vietnam for foreigners under signed cooperation agreements.- Deploying combined civilian-military medical clinics.- Cooperating, researching, manufacturing, and applying products in the field of military medicine.- Transferring technology, clinical trials.- Other forms of cooperation in the field of military medicine as prescribed by law.

1. Comply with the directives and guidelines of the Communist Party, policies and laws of the State, regulations of the Ministry of Defense on international integration and defense diplomacy, consistent with international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a party.
2. Implement the correct procedures for conducting foreign affairs.
3. International cooperation in the spirit of friendship, international solidarity, ensuring state secrets and military secrets.
