On December 1, 2022, the Academy of Justices published Notice 383/TB-HVTA in 2022 on the recruitment of personnel to work at the Academy of Justices in 2022.
The recruitment targets for public employees and workers at the Academy of Justices in 2022 are as follows:

What are the conditions for applying as a public employee or worker for the Academy of Justices?
According to sub-item 1, Section II, Notice 383/TB-HVTA in 2022, the conditions for application are specified as follows:
According to Article 22 of the Law on Public Employees 2010 and Clause 1, Article 5 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP on recruitment, utilization, and management of public employees, the registration conditions for application are as follows:
Anyone meeting the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social background, belief, religion, type of training, diploma, certificate, public or non-public school, can register to apply for public employees:
- Having Vietnamese nationality and residing in Vietnam,
- Being at least 18 years old,
- Having a registration form according to the prescribed template;
- Having a clear background;
- Being healthy enough to perform work or tasks;
- Having the professional diploma and properly matching the required position;
- Having an IT certificate meeting the basic IT skill standards as prescribed in Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014, of the Ministry of Information and Communications stipulating the IT skill standards as per Clause 2, Article 23 of Joint Circular No. 17/2016/TTLT-BGDDT-BTTTT dated June 21, 2016, of the Ministry of Education and Training - Ministry of Information and Communications stipulating the organization of examinations and issuance of IT application certificates;
- Having a foreign language certificate suitable for the applied position (level 2 or higher according to the six-level foreign language competency framework used for Vietnam specified in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training on issuing the six-level foreign language competency framework used for Vietnam); or having a minority language certificate issued by an authorized training institution.
For cases with professional diplomas meeting the output standards in terms of foreign languages and IT in accordance with the regulation corresponding to the required position, these can replace the foreign language and IT certificates.
What documents do candidates need to prepare?
According to sub-item 1, Section IV, Notice 383/TB-HVTA in 2022, candidates applying for public employees should submit the registration form (according to the attached template) directly at the receiving location, accompanied by 02 stamped envelopes with the recipient's address.
- Within 30 days from the announcement of the successful candidates, they must come to the Academy of Justices to complete the recruitment documents. The recruitment documents include:
+ A copy of the diplomas, certificates as required for the applied position, and certification for priority groups (if any);
+ For candidates with professional diplomas meeting the output standards in foreign languages and IT in accordance with the regulation corresponding to the required position, these can replace the foreign language and IT certificates.
+ Judicial record certificate issued by the competent authority.
- If the successful candidates fail to complete the recruitment documents as prescribed or commit fraud in declaring the registration form, or if the competent recruitment authority finds that the candidates use invalid diplomas or certificates, the head of the competent recruitment authority shall issue a decision to cancel the result. In case of fraud in declaring the registration form, or if the competent recruitment authority finds that the candidates use invalid diplomas or certificates, the competent recruitment authority shall publicly announce it in the media or on the authority's website and won't accept registration forms for the next recruitment period.
Note: For cases with professional diplomas meeting the output standards in terms of foreign languages and IT in accordance with the regulation corresponding to the required position, candidates must declare the "output standards" in Section III - Training process information on the registration form.
The deadline and location for submitting the registration form are specified in sub-item 2, Section IV, Notice 383/TB-HVTA in 2022 as follows:
