2. In addition to the list proposed by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, National Assembly deputies have the right to introduce additional candidates or self-nominate for the position of Chairman of the National Election Council, Chairman of the Ethnic Council, Chairpersons of the Committees of the National Assembly, State Auditor General, and Secretary General of the National Assembly; the introduced candidates have the right to withdraw from the nomination list.

3. National Assembly deputies discuss within the Representative Delegation of the National Assembly; the Chairman of the National Assembly may meet with the Heads of the Delegation of the National Assembly to discuss related issues.

4. The Standing Committee of the National Assembly reports to the National Assembly on explanations, acceptance of National Assembly deputies' opinions discussed within the Representative Delegation of the National Assembly; presents to the National Assembly the decision on the list of additional candidates introduced by National Assembly deputies or self-nominees (if any).

5. The National Assembly discusses, votes to approve the list for electing the Chairman of the National Election Council, Chairman of the Ethnic Council, Chairpersons of the Committees of the National Assembly, State Auditor General, and Secretary General of the National Assembly.

6. The National Assembly establishes the Vote Counting Committee.

7. The National Assembly elects the Chairman of the National Election Council, Chairman of the Ethnic Council, Chairpersons of the Committees of the National Assembly, State Auditor General, and Secretary General of the National Assembly by secret ballot.

8. The Vote Counting Committee reports the voting results.

9.
