What is the record of attending the examination of the results of practicing law in Vietnam?

According to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 18 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP stipulating the organization of examination of the results of practicing law, including the following contents:

2. No later than the 15th day of the last month of the quarter, the Bar Association's Board of Directors shall send the list of trainees requested to attend the examination to the Vietnam Bar Federation and the Department of Justice where the Bar Association's head office is located.
Examination documents include:
a) A written request to attend the inspection according to the form issued together with this Circular;
b) A copy of the certificate of the trainee practicing law;
c) A copy of the bachelor's degree in law or a copy of the master's degree in law;
d) Report on the probationary process of practicing law together with the probationary diary book as prescribed by this Circular;
dd) A copy of the proof that the probationary period of practicing law is reduced as prescribed in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 16 of the Law on Lawyers.
3. For persons whose certificates of examination of probationary results of practicing law have expired, dossiers of examination shall be sent to the Vietnam Bar Federation. The dossier includes:
a) A written request to attend the inspection according to the form issued together with this Circular;
b) The certificate of examination of the results of probationary practice of law expires.

Thus, the trainee practicing law submits the following application to attend the examination of the probationary results:

- A written request to attend the inspection according to the form issued together with this Circular;

- A copy of the certificate of a trainee practicing law;

- A copy of the Bachelor of Laws Degree or a copy of the Master of Laws Degree;

- Report on the process of practicing law accompanied by the Probationary Diary in accordance with the provisions of this Circular;

- A copy of documents proving that the probationary period of practicing law is reduced as prescribed in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 16 of the Law on Lawyers.

Note: No later than the 15th of the last month of the quarter, the Bar Association's Board of Directors shall send the list of trainees who are requested to attend the examination to the Vietnam Bar Federation and the Department of Justice where the Bar Association is located.
