The deadline for reporting statistical data on universal education and illiteracy eradication is as follows: For communes: September 30th; For districts: October 5th; For provinces: October 10th.

- Criteria for recognizing the achievement of primary education level 2: 100% of districts are recognized as achieving the standards of primary education level 2.
- Criteria for recognizing the achievement of primary education level 3: 100% of districts are recognized as achieving the standards of primary education level 3.
- Criteria for recognizing the achievement of lower secondary education level 1: 100% of districts meet the standards of lower secondary education level 1.
