- 03 (three) 4x6cm photos taken within 06 months from the date of registration, 03 (three) envelopes with stamps, clearly stating the name and address of the recipient.

- For foreigners, there must be a certified copy of the temporary residence card in Vietnam that is still valid.

- Fee receipt.

Step 1: Candidates submit directly 01 (one) set of registration documents to the Examination Council Office, and pay the examination fee:

- The examination fee is collected in Vietnamese dong and can be paid directly at the Examination Council Office or via bank transfer according to the Examination Council's notification for each examination (if any). The examination fee is regulated by the Ministry of Finance. The Examination Council is responsible for notifying the examination fee for each examination;

- The examination fee already paid will be refunded only to those who are registered but do not meet the examination criteria, and those who meet the criteria but submit a written request not to participate in the examination within 10 days from the date the Examination Council announces the list of eligible candidates.
