- Statistical reports on higher education, college-level teacher training, intermediate-level and pre-university teacher training, 1 reporting period per year: The reporting time is May 31. 12, the deadline for submitting reports is January 15 of each year;
d) Unscheduled statistical report:
Unscheduled statistical reports are made to help the Ministry of Education and Training collect information in addition to the collected and aggregated statistical information according to the periodical statistical reporting regime. The content of the unexpected statistical report shall comply with the written request of the Ministry of Education and Training.
5. Report submission method
a) Statistical reports are made in two forms: in writing and through the electronic reporting system;
b) Paper reports must be signed and stamped by the head of the reporting unit to facilitate the inspection, comparison and data processing. An electronic written report can be presented in one of two forms: a pdf of a paper document or an electronic file authenticated by the digital signature of the head of the reporting agency or unit.
As such, the report can be submitted in paper or electronic form. The deadline for submitting the first report of the school year is October 30 of each year and the deadline for submitting the end of the school year is June 30 of each year.
