4. The forms of handling violations specified in Clauses 1, 2 and 3 of this Article shall be decided by competent agencies and organizations according to prescribed procedures. In addition to the above-mentioned forms of handling, the competent authorities may ban from undertaking exam-related jobs for 1 to 5 years.”

c) Persons who have evidence of violations of the Regulations on examination shall immediately report them to the receiving places specified in Clause 1 of this Article for timely handling in accordance with law. The receipt and handling of denunciations of violations of the Exam Regulations shall comply with the law on denunciations;
d) Persons who provide information and evidence about violations of the Exam Regulations must take responsibility before law for the reliability and accuracy of the provided information and evidence; not take advantage of this to negatively affect the exam.
4. Organizations and individuals that are assigned to receive information and evidence of negative or violating Exam Regulations need to:
a) Organize the receipt of information and evidence according to regulations; preserve the evidence as-is; authenticate information and evidence after receiving and propose competent authorities on measures to deal with negative consequences or violations of the Exam Regulations;
b) Timely implementation of measures to prevent negative and violations of the Exam Regulations as prescribed;
c) Handle according to their competence or report to competent agencies or people for handling and publicly announce the results of handling of individuals and organizations that commit negative acts or violate the Exam Regulations;
d) Confidentiality of information and identity of information providers, evidence related to negative, violation of Exam Regulations.”

“Article 50. Commendation

2. Reward form:

b) The Director of the Department of Education and Training issues the Certificate of Merit;

3.
