- Presiding: Leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Leaders of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province.
- Participants: Office of the Ministry, Department of Cultural Heritage, Department of Basic Culture; Department of International Cooperation, Vietnam Art and Culture Exhibition Centre, and Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province.
- Invitees: Approximately 100 journalists representing central and local press agencies in Hanoi, press agencies of Phu Tho province.
- Content of the press conference: Detailed information on the activities of the Hung Kings' Death Anniversary - Hung Temple Festival in 2023 and the 20th anniversary of the 2003 UNESCO Convention for safeguarding intangible cultural heritage.
