In cases where the organization requesting the license receives asset transfer or reduces part of the operation scope from the unit already licensed for electricity operation, the application for amending the electricity operation license includes:
+ A written request for an electricity operation license.
+ A copy of the Business Registration Certificate or Decision on Establishment or Certificate of Establishment (for organizations without a Business Registration Certificate) of the organization requesting the license;

2. Resolve complaints about the electricity operation license within their jurisdiction.
3. Amend the license in case of errors in the contents recorded in the issued license.
4. Inspect and supervise the assurance of the conditions for electricity operation of the licensed unit.
5. Revoke the electricity operation license under their licensing authority.
6. Send the revocation decision to the electricity unit having its license revoked and the relevant agencies and units; publish the revocation information on the website of the agency issuing the electricity operation license within two working days from the date of the revocation decision.
