7. Registration and processing of aspirations:
a) From July 18 to 5:00 P.M.on July 30, 2024, candidates can register, adjust, and supplement their aspirations without limit:
- Candidates use the account already issued to handle their information (input, view, modify) on the System;
- Registration for aspirations towards majors/programs must be carried out online on the System or through the National Public Service Portal (Detailed guidance will be posted on the System or the National Public Service Portal);
- Candidates’ aspirations for all training institutions must be registered by majors/programs and prioritized in sequence from 1 to the end (aspiration 1 being the highest), and candidates must provide relevant data (according to the criteria, conditions, and registration process specified by each institution) corresponding to the majors/programs they have registered for. This data will be used by the institutions for examination (detailed steps for registration will be provided on the System once candidates access it to register);
- All candidates’ aspirations for training institutions will be processed on the System, and each candidate will only be admitted to the highest aspiration for which they qualify;
- Candidates who have completed the early enrollment registration process at a training institution and meet matriculation criteria (excluding high school graduation criteria) must continue to register their aspirations on the System for official processing.

1. Training institutions send school admission notices to successful candidates, detailing the required procedures and methods of school admission.
2. Candidates confirm their school admission online on the system before proceeding to the training institution.
3. For candidates who do not confirm their school admission within the stipulated time:
a) Without a legitimate reason, it is deemed that the candidate declines the school admission, and the training institution has the right not to accept them;
b) Due to health issues, accidents, with hospital certification (district level or higher) or natural disasters certified by the district level People's Committee or higher, the training institution will consider admitting the candidate or preserving their enrollment results for future shool admission;
c) Due to errors or mistakes by the enrollmet staff or the candidates themselves, the training institution will cooperate with the relevant individuals and organizations to consider the evidence and decide whether to accept the candidate or preserve their enrollment results for future shool admission.
4. Candidates who have confirmed their shool admission at one training institution cannot participate in enrollment elsewhere or in supplementary enrollment unless permitted by the institution.
Thus, the school admission notices will be sent to successful candidates by the universities.
