My family has a motorbike which was bought a long time ago. The license plate of the motorbike is blurred by time and the numbers are not visible anymore. Now I want to re-issue with the license plate, do I? If possible, what documents do I need to prepare?

I am a truck driver, one month ago my truck was due for re-inspection but it was forgotten by me and the owner.
