From March 22, 2023, vehicles with incorrect paint colors will not be inspected. Is this correct? How has the inspection cycle of motor vehicles been changed?
Is it true that cars with incorrect paint color will no longer be inspected?
Pursuant to the provisions of Circular 2/2023/TT-BGTVT, the following regulations apply:
Cars with a paint color not matching the color specified in the vehicle registration are classified as minor defects or non-critical damage (MaD), meaning the vehicle will still be issued a certificate of inspection.
