c) Processes and assignment of responsibilities of participating departments must be complete, clear and effective, ensuring independence and objectivity between stages and divisions; take effective measures against fraud and abuse;
d) Facilities, equipment and software must be appropriate to the scale and form of the exam, meeting the requirements of effective support for the implementation of processes in the organization of the exam, including requirements on confidentiality, safety, security, anti-cheating in the exam;
dd) In case an online exam is organized, all measures must be taken to ensure the evaluation results are reliable and fair like the face-to-face test, and at the same time, the whole process of the exam is recorded. recording and storage.
3. The training institution that organizes the exam must develop the exam regulations and the exam organization scheme (which can be integrated in the enrollment scheme), publish it on the unit's website and send it to the agency. direct management and the Ministry of Education and Training to report at least 30 days before candidates start to register for the exam.
4. The training institution that organizes the exam is responsible before the law for all work before, during and after the exam, including the accountability to state and social management agencies for the quality of exam questions, exam regulations, exam organization scheme and the implementation of exam organization scheme.”

The exam outline must be published to candidates at least 30 days before the exam date.
2. The structure of the exam questions for the entrance exam or the independent exam must contain components of the content of mathematics or linguistics along with at least two other subjects in the high school program in accordance with the requirements of the field of training sector and branch; The contents of the exam must be consistent with the provisions of the law on education and culture.
3. The evaluation scope of the exam questions for the entrance exam or the independent exam is mainly within the content of the current high school curriculum; separate assessment scope of the supplementary exam is based on the requirements of talents, aptitudes or special qualities of the training industry or field.
