- The Chairman of the Council or the Vice Chairman of the Council may use the seal of the CAAV to direct all activities of the Council.
- The Council is convened by the Chairman of the Council or the Vice President of the Council
- Before each meeting of the Slot Council, the Chairman of the Board convenes the members of the Board depending on the content of the meeting through the meeting invitation. The agencies and units mentioned in Clause 1, Article 2 shall have the responsibility of leading units to attend the meeting as members of the Council.
- The contents of the meeting of the Council shall be recorded in the minutes and the decision of the Council shall be issued in the form of a conclusion of the Council signed by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the Council.
