- Dossier components include:
+ Application form for the reissuance of the industrial property examiner's card according to Form No. 03 Appendix VI of Decree 65/2023/ND-CP;
+ Copy of the Identity Card (present the original for comparison, except in cases where the copy has been certified), except in cases where the application form for the reissuance of the industrial property examiner's card already contains information about the Citizen Identification Number for cases of reissuance due to changes in the information on the examiner's card;
+ 02 photos sized 3x4;
+ Copy of the fee and charge payment receipt (in cases of fee and charge payment via postal services or direct payment into the account of the Intellectual Property Office).
- Number of dossiers for the reissuance of the Central-level industrial property examiner's card: 01 (set).

How is the latest procedure for the reissuance of the Central-level industrial property examiner's card conducted?
According to the regulations specified in Subsection 36 Section A of Administrative Procedures promulgated with the Decision 2060/QD-BKHCN 2023, the latest procedure for the reissuance of the Central-level industrial property examiner's card is conducted as follows:
- Step 1: Receipt of the dossier
The individual submits 01 set of the dossier requesting the reissuance of the industrial property examiner's card to the Intellectual Property Office.
- Step 2: Dossier evaluation
Within 20 days from the date of receipt of the dossier, the Intellectual Property Office will review the dossier according to the following regulations:
+ In case the dossier is valid, the Intellectual Property Office will issue a decision on the reissuance of the examiner's card; record the issuance of the card in the National Register of Industrial Property Examiners and announce it in the Industrial Property Gazette and on the electronic information portal of the Intellectual Property Office within 02 months from the date of the decision.
+ In case the dossier is not valid, the Intellectual Property Office will issue a notice intending to refuse the acceptance of the dossier, stating the reasons and setting a deadline of 01 month for the requestor to correct deficiencies or provide opinions. If the requestor does not correct the deficiencies or corrects them unsatisfactorily, does not provide opinions or provides opinions that are not convincing, the Intellectual Property Office will issue a decision to refuse the reissuance of the examiner's card.
Methods of execution:
- Online via the Administrative Procedures Information System of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
- Directly or via postal services to the headquarters of the Intellectual Property Office in Hanoi or its two representative offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.

Conditions for reissuing the industrial property examiner's card:
- The industrial property examiner's card is lost, defective, or damaged (torn, dirty, faded...) to the extent that it cannot be used;
- There is a change in the information recorded on the industrial property examiner's card.
