Amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 64/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016, of the Government of Vietnam amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP dated February 24, 2010, on the management and protection of road traffic infrastructure
1. Amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 64/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016, of the Government of Vietnam amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP dated February 24, 2010, on the management and protection of road traffic infrastructure
b) Amending clause 1 Article 12b as follows:
The order and procedures for approving a training institution for road traffic safety inspectors (hereinafter referred to as the training institution)
“1. The dossier submission to request approval for a training institution includes the following documents in one set:
a) Official Dispatch requesting approval for a training institution for road traffic safety inspectors, according to the template specified in Appendix VI attached to this Decree;
b) Certificate of Business Registration or document stipulating functions and duties or Establishment Decision issued by the competent authority according to legal regulations (certified copy or copy attached with the original for comparison);
c) Declaration of physical facilities;
d) List of instructors, including declarations of professional qualifications and practical experience in professional activities."
Thus, the dossier submission to request approval for a training institution under current regulations includes one set of the following documents:
- Official Dispatch requesting approval for a training institution for road traffic safety inspectors, according to the template specified in Appendix VI attached to this Decree;- Certificate of Business Registration or document stipulating functions and duties or Establishment Decision issued by the competent authority according to legal regulations (certified copy or copy attached with the original for comparison);- Declaration of physical facilities;- List of instructors, including declarations of professional qualifications and practical experience in professional activities.

Amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP dated February 24, 2010, of the Government of Vietnam on management and protection of road traffic infrastructure (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 100/2013/ND-CP dated September 3, 2013, Decree No. 64/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016, Decree No. 125/2018/ND-CP dated September 19, 2018, Decree No. 117/2021/ND-CP dated December 22, 2021)
1. Amending and supplementing clause 1 Article 12b (supplemented by clause 2 Article 1 of Decree No. 64/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016; amended and supplemented by point b clause 2 Article 1 of Decree No. 125/2018/ND-CP dated September 19, 2018) as follows:
“1. The dossier submission to request approval for a training institution includes the following documents in one set:
a) Official Dispatch requesting approval for a training institution for road traffic safety inspectors according to the template specified in Appendix VI attached to this Decree;
b) Declaration of physical facilities;
