+ Many policies and solutions directed by the Government and the Prime Minister drastically and promptly since the beginning of the year have been effective.
- As a result, the socio-economic situation of Vietnam in May generally continued to change positively, contributing to the overall results of the first 5 months of 2023, and creating momentum for the following months.
Does the Government of Vietnam request to aggressively promote the economic growth dynamics, including consumption, investment, and export?
In subsection 2 Section I of Resolution 88/NQ-CP in 2023, the Government of Vietnam requests Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Government-attached agencies, Presidents of People's Committees of provinces and cities under the Central Government to continue to thoroughly observe and direct the drastic, effective and substantive implementation, comprehensively tasks and solutions, focusing on the following main contents:
* Ministries and agencies shall continue to focus on preparing projects and reports to the Politburo and the Secretariat, ensuring quality and progress.
- Members of the Government and heads of Government-attached agencies shall be responsible for attending all meetings and discussions in the National Assembly hall according to the program of the 5th Session, XV National Assembly; actively participate in reporting, explaining and clarifying issues of concern to members of the National Assembly, voters and society; coordinate with agencies of the National Assembly and related agencies to promptly handle arising issues.
* Ministries, agencies, and localities, based on assigned functions, tasks, and powers, shall:
- Closely supervise international and regional developments and policy adjustments of countries and partners,... Direct timely handling of issues of public concern, not to create hot spots and frustration.
- Actively review and firmly grasp the situation of production and business activities in each branch, field, and area in charge, especially on mechanisms and policies to support enterprises and people;

+ Focus on promptly, definitively and effectively handling outstanding and protracted issues;
+ Aggressively promote the economic growth dynamics, including consumption, investment, and export.
- Expeditiously implement promulgated policies and recommendations to allow timely extension, supplementation, and adjustment, bringing into full play the effectiveness of promulgated policies and resources; At the same time, continue to research and propose new policies and solutions in a stronger direction.
+ Remove difficulties for production and business, contribute to macroeconomic stability, control inflation, promote growth, and ensure large balances of the economy and social security;

What is the proposal for resolutely reducing the main administrative procedures and business conditions that are no longer suitable in Vietnam?
At the same time, according to subsection 2 Section I of Resolution 88/NQ-CP in 2023, the Government of Vietnam requests ministries, agencies, and localities as follows:
- Promote administrative reform, focus on reviewing, and resolutely reducing the main administrative procedures and business conditions that are no longer suitable, reflected, and recommended by people and enterprises.
- Absolutely do not promulgate new regulations that incur unnecessary or unnecessary costs, procedures, and time
- Ministries and agencies assigned to preside over drafting legislative documents detailing the implementation of laws, ordinances, and resolutions of the National Assembly and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly must prioritize resources, soon complete and submit them to the Government for promulgation, ensure quality and on schedule.
- Focus and drastically remove "bottlenecks" in the implementation of Project 06 in Document 452/TTg-KSTT in 2023; comply with the direction of the Prime Minister in Directive 18/CT-TTg in 2023 on promoting connectivity and data sharing for e-commerce development, combating tax loss, and ensuring monetary security.
Thus, the Government of Vietnam requests ministries, agencies, and localities to promote administrative reform, focus on reviewing, and resolutely reduce the main administrative procedures and business conditions that are no longer suitable as above.
