Database of job registration– job seekers of Vietnam is the place to gather information about job seekers and employers' recruitment needs?
Pursuant to Article 6 of Circular 11/2022/TT-BLDTBXH of Vietnam:
“Article 6. Database of job providers - job seekers
1. Database of job providers - job seekers is a specialized database that gathers information about people who are looking for jobs and the demand for desired jobs, and information about current recruitment needs and job positions that employers are recruiting, digitizing, storing, and managed by information infrastructure, connected and shared with other databases according to regulations of the Law.
2. The database of job providers - job seekers, built and uniformly managed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of VIetnam, includes:
a) Database of job search.
b) Job seekers database.”
Accordingly, the database of job providers - job seekers gathers information about job providers and employers who are in need of recruitment in the form of digitized data, stored and managed by information infrastructure, connected, and shared with other databases.

Vietnam: The job search database be updated and the information come from?
Pursuant to Article 7 of Circular 11/2022/TT-BLDTBXH of Vietnam:
“Article 7. Building a database of job searching
1. The database of job search includes information about the employer and the job position that the employer wishes to recruit.
2. Information in the database of finding people is established from the following sources:
a) Information on registration of labor recruitment needs of the employer through the electronic application for registration of job seekers - job seekers or other related applications.
b) Information on job search is digitized and standardized from the collection and updating of information on the employer's labor recruitment needs and employment services.
c) Information is connected and shared with the national database on business registration and the national database on social insurance.
3. Information in the database of finding people is adjusted and updated from the following sources:
a) Results of the implementation of procedures and operations on labor market information and employment services.
b) Proposals for amendments and supplements by agencies, organizations and individuals when there is a change or discovery of incomplete and inaccurate information in the database.
c) From other relevant databases when changes occur.
4. Form: Form No. 01 Appendix issued with this Circular or Form No. 03/PLI, 03a/PLI issued together with Decree No. 23/2021/ND-CP dated March 19, 2021 of the Government detailing Clause 3, Article 37 and Article 39 of the Employment Law on employment service centers and employment service enterprises (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 23/2021/ND-CP).
5. Frequency of information collection and update: Regularly.
6. Employment service centers collect, update and manage information in the database of job search to serve the connection between labor supply and demand in the locality.”
Accordingly, the database of finding people is established, updated and adjusted through the information and data sources specified above.
What information will the job seekers database provide for job seekers in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 8 of Circular 11/2022/TT-BLDTBXH of Vietnam:
“Article 8. Building a database of job seekers
1. The database of job seekers includes basic demographic information, general education qualifications, education and training qualifications and fields, skills in vocational education, work experience and employment needs of workers looking for jobs.
2. Information in the job seekers database is established from the following sources:
a) Job search registration information of employees through the job search registration electronic application - job seekers.
b) Information of job seekers is digitized and standardized from the collection and updating of information about job seekers - job seekers, and job services.
c) Information is connected, shared and authenticated with the national population database and other databases.
3. Information in the database of job seekers is adjusted and updated from the following sources:
a) Results of the implementation of procedures and operations on labor market information and employment services.
b) Proposals for amendments and supplements by agencies, organizations and employees when there is a change or discovery of incomplete and inaccurate information in the database of job seekers.
c) From other relevant databases when changes occur.
4. Form: Form No. 02 Appendix issued with this Circular or Form No. 01/PLI, 01a/PLI issued together with Decree No. 23/2021/ND-CP.

Accordingly, the database of job seekers in Vietnam will provide basic information about employees who are looking for work such as demographics, general education level, qualifications and fields of education - training, technical skills in vocational education, work experience, and the need for jobs sought.
