2. National Assembly delegates are responsible to their voters and to the National Assembly for the performance of their duties and powers.

3. National Assembly delegates are equal in discussions and decisions on matters within the duties and powers of the National Assembly.

Thus, a National Assembly delegate is a representative of the will and aspirations of the people at the electoral unit that elected them and of the people throughout the country, and they represent the people in exercising state power within the National Assembly.

3. The Standing Committee of the National Assembly reports to the National Assembly on the explanations, acceptance of opinions of the National Assembly delegates discussed within the National Assembly Delegation.

4. The National Assembly discusses. Before the National Assembly discusses, the delegate proposed for removal has the right to express their opinion.

5. The National Assembly establishes an Election Committee.

6. The National Assembly votes by secret ballot to remove the delegate from office.

7. The Election Committee reports the results of the vote, the results of the decision.

8. The Standing Committee of the National Assembly presents to the National Assembly the draft resolution for removing the delegate from office.
