- Coordinating with district, county, and district-level town People's Committees to inspect the implementation of the Resolution by relevant units and individuals in the area. Promptly detecting and strictly handling legal violations (ongoing basis).
- Periodically reporting and evaluating the impact level of the Resolution's implementation in managing the population. Compiling difficulties and issues for reporting to the City People's Committee to direct matters beyond their authority.
* Department of Information and Communications in implementing the minimum housing area for household registration in legal accommodation by renting, borrowing, or staying with others.
- Leading the coordination of relevant departments and agencies to enhance the communication and dissemination of the City People's Council Resolution, raising public awareness in exercising rights and responsibilities according to conformable laws.
* Department of Construction
- Issuing guidelines on calculating and confirming the minimum floor area according to legal provisions to ensure uniform implementation of the Resolution across the City.
- Coordinating with the Department of Planning and Architecture, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant units to advise the City People's Committee on effectively implementing investments in projects within healthcare, education and training, synchronized cultural structures in condominium areas, and old apartment buildings in urban areas; prioritizing using the land fund after relocation to build public works, schools, health centers, and social-cultural structures ensuring social welfare conditions for the capital residents.
Simultaneously, managing and tightly controlling the development of high-rise housing in urban areas in compliance with regulations, accelerating the completion of urban planning, and economic-social development plans for the Capital according to the Politburo's directives.

Directing and guiding commune, ward, and commune-level town People's Committees to verify the legal residence documents and confirmations of sufficient minimum housing area for legal accommodation by renting, borrowing, or staying with others as prescribed (with an attached template).
