According to Section II of Official Letter 1558/SGDĐT-CTTT-KHCN in 2022, issued by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training on June 3, 2022, it stipulates who are allowed to participate in the equipment construction contest. teaching numbers as follows:
- Interested individuals or groups of individuals residing in Vietnam can submit products to the Contest (hereinafter referred to as the author); individuals under the age of 18 when participating in the Contest must obtain the consent of their guardians;
- Members of the Steering Committee, the Organizing Committee, the Secretariat assisting the Organizing Committee and the Evaluation Council are not allowed to participate in the contest.

Pursuant to Section III of Official Dispatch 1558/SGDĐT-CTTT-KHCN year 2022 issued by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training on June 3, 2022, guiding the contested products and the requirements of the products in the contest. The exam to build digital teaching equipment is as follows:
- The contest product is a teaching device that is built/designed/digitized for use entirely or partially in the digital environment for teaching and learning at general and continuing education institutions. like:
+ Teaching materials: A set of pictures, video clips;
+ Simulation software, virtual experiment;
+ Experimental equipment is connected and can be interacted on the computer;
+ Products that do not fall under points a), b), c) of Clause 1 but can be used in the digital environment to enhance the learner's experience and can replace traditional teaching equipment.
- Requirements for products to be contested
+ Contest products must ensure scientific, aesthetic and pedagogical qualities and conform to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training on the objectives, requirements, content and teaching methods of the Education Program. general education 2018 as well as Circulars No. 37/2021/TT-BGDĐT, 38/2001/TT-BGDĐT, 39/2021/TT-BGDĐT;
+ The product can replace traditional teaching equipment or experimental equipment/tools that cannot be used in the classroom;
+ Contest products do not violate the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law and relevant laws (if any).
Accordingly, contested products and requirements for contested products shall comply with the above regulations.
When is the contest to build digital teaching equipment held?
Pursuant to Section IV of Official Letter 1558/SGDĐT-CTTT-KHCN 2022 issued by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training on June 3, 2022, the time for the contest to be held is as follows:
- The time to organize the collection of contest products is from July 1, 2022 to the end of August 15, 2022.
- Time to complete the product evaluation in the Preliminary Round at the Department of Education and Training before October 1, 2022.
- The time for receiving social votes for contested products at the contest's website is from October 10, 2022 to October 25, 2022.
Accordingly, the time to start collecting contest products is from July 1, 2022 to August 15, 2022.
How to submit works for the contest and what content to submit?
Pursuant to Section V of Official Letter 1558/SGDĐT-CTTT-KHCN 2022 issued by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training on June 3, 2022, stipulating the form of registration and submission of contest products as follows: after:
- Contest products must be registered and submitted online at the Contest's website: http://tbdhs.moet.gov.vn
- Contents to be submitted:
+ Data file containing contest products: Contest products (digital teaching devices) are packaged as compressed files (.zip). Particularly for contest products, it is necessary to connect practical experimental equipment with a computer to submit/present actual products upon request from the Competition Organizing Committee or the Preliminary/General Round Evaluation Committee. survey;
+ Description of the contest product: contains all information about the design and description of the contested product, the description of the applicability and practicality in teaching and learning is saved in PDF format;
+ Video clip (video clip) of product application in the teaching and learning process, published in one of the formats .MP4 with a duration of no more than 10 minutes.
- For products submitted by groups of authors: the author group uses the account of a member of the group to register entries for the contest; When registering the product, it is necessary to fill in the information of the members of the author group and the information according to the instructions.
- Authors can register for one or more entries. Each product can only be registered once.
- When registering a product for the contest, the author must choose a registration unit that is the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
Thus, products participating in the competition to build digital teaching equipment can only be submitted through the online form. The content to be submitted when participating in the contest is made according to the above regulations.
