According to Article 3 of Decision 1335/QD-BTP in 2022, regulations on the use of specialized machinery and equipment in civil judgment enforcement agencies are as follows:
- The number of specialized machinery and equipment specified in this Decision is the maximum. State agencies, public service providers under the Ministry, persons competent to decide on investment and procurement based on functions, tasks, nature of work, demand for use and available budget to decide the quantity and purchase price in accordance with the provisions of law, thrift and efficiency, without causing waste or loss of money, budget or public property.
What are the regulations on management and use of machinery and equipment used by civil judgment enforcement agencies in Vietnam?
According to Article 3 of Decision 1335/QD-BTP in 2022, regulations on the use of specialized machinery and equipment for civil judgment enforcement agencies are as follows:
- The management and use of special-use machinery and equipment must be public, transparent, supervised, inspected and guaranteed to practice thrift, anti-waste, and anti-corruption. It is strictly forbidden to use specialized machinery and equipment for private purposes; sell, exchange, donate, lend, pledge, mortgage or transfer to any organization or individual without the permission of a competent state agency in accordance with law.
- Specialized machinery and equipment are eligible for liquidation when they have been used beyond the prescribed period but cannot continue to be used or are damaged without ensuring safety when operating according to the inspection of the authorities. If there is no specialized machinery and equipment to transfer, the competent agency may purchase a new one to replace the liquidated specialized machinery and equipment according to regulations.

According to Appendix I issued together with Decision 1335/QD-BTP in 2022, regulating the use of specialized machinery and equipment in civil judgment enforcement agencies as follows:
Thus, for the Department of Civil Judgment Execution of Hanoi city and the Department of Civil Judgment Execution of Ho Chi Minh City, the number of specialized machinery and equipment can be up to 5 units/unit for preserving judgment execution records and storage of materials with normal mode, capacity suitable for design scale.
