Part 3, Contract conditions and contract forms:
- Chapter VI. General conditions of the contract;
- Chapter VII. Specific conditions of the contract;
- Chapter VIII. Contract form. Tender documents posted by the Procuring Entity on the Internet are not considered part of the Bidding Documents.
5.2. The Procuring Entity will not be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Bidding Documents, the documents explaining the Bidding Documents, the minutes of the pre-bid conference (if any) or the documents amending the Bidding Documents according to the provisions of Section 7. CDNT if these documents are not provided by the Procuring Entity on the Network. Documents issued by the Procuring Entity on the Network will be the basis for consideration and evaluation.

- The Procuring Entity shall permit the Contractor and its stakeholders to access the site for the purpose of site survey provided that the Bidder and its stakeholders commit that the Procuring Entity and the parties concerned of the Procuring Entity shall not bear any responsibility to the contractor and to the contractor's stakeholders in connection with this site survey. The Contractor and his/her related parties shall be solely responsible for their own risks such as accidents, loss or damage to property and any other loss, damage and expenses arising from the site survey. In case of necessity, the Procuring Entity will organize and guide contractors to survey the site according to the provisions of the BDS.
- In case of necessity, the Procuring Entity shall hold a pre-bid conference to discuss the contents of the Bidding Documents that bidders do not know as prescribed in the BDS. The bid solicitor publishes the invitation to attend the pre-bid conference on the Internet. The content of the exchange between the Procuring Entity and the Bidder shall be recorded by the Procuring Entity in a minutes and made in writing to clarify the Bidding Documents posted on the Internet within a maximum period of 02 working days from the date of closing of the meeting. tender offer.
- In case the Bidding Documents need to be revised after holding the pre-bid conference, the Procuring Entity will post the document amending the Bid according to the provisions of Section 7 of the CDT. 7.5. In case it considers that the Bidder needs more time to prepare the Bid in accordance with the revised Bid, the Procuring Entity may extend the deadline for bid closing in accordance with the provisions of Section 21.2 of the CDT.”
