a) Knowing but not preventing the wife (husband), children, father, mother, brother, sister, husband/wife’s family gambling, conducting money laundering, illegally lending or borrowing determined in any form without preventing measures or promptly reporting to competent state agencies.
b) Knowing but not preventing father, mother, wife (husband) and children in the family use or store, circulate, buy, sell or transport cultural products with banned or harmful contents; military weapons, equipment and other support tools contrary to regulations without timely reporting to competent state agencies.
2. If a person has been disciplined according to Clause 1 of this Article but recidivism or first violation causes serious consequences or commits one of the following cases, the discipline shall be in the form of warning or dismissal (if there is a senior officer):
a) Gambling or using drugs or participating in other social evils.
b) Persons who are tasked to directly fight against social evils but tolerate, cover up, abet, ignore or fail to promptly handle violators (prostitution, using drugs, gambling, illegal borrowing or lending, storing, circulating, trading, transporting or using cultural products with prohibited or harmful contents).
c) Storing, circulating, trading, transporting and using cultural products with banned or harmful contents.
d) Tolerating, harboring or irresponsibly causing prostitution, gambling, illegal drug trading and use and other social evils in units, agencies, organizations and localities due to I am directly in charge.
