1. Addresses for receiving reports and denunciations about acts of domestic violence include:
a) The People's Committee of the commune where the domestic violence act occurs;
b) Police offices and border guard stations near the place where the domestic violence act occurs;
c) The educational institution where the person experiencing domestic violence is a learner;
d) The head of the village, the head of the residential group, the head of the Front Working Committee in the residential area where the domestic violence act occurs;
dd) The head of the commune-level socio-political organization where the domestic violence act occurs;
e) National telephone exchange for domestic violence prevention and control.

Thus, places to receive reports and denunciations about acts of domestic violence include:

Which agency is competent to handle reports and denunciations of domestic violence in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 20 of the 2022 Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control of Vietnam stipulating as follows:

Handling reports and denunciations about acts of domestic violence
1. Police offices and border guard stations near places of domestic violence when receiving reports or denunciations shall, within the ambit of their powers, promptly prevent and handle domestic violence acts under the powers; at the same time, notify the chairperson of the commune-level People's Committee where the domestic violence act occurs.
2. Organizations and individuals specified at Points c, d, dd and e, Clause 1, Article 19 of this Law, upon receiving reports or denunciations about acts of domestic violence, must immediately notify the Chairperson of the People’s Committee at the commune level where domestic violence acts occur and, according to their ability, participate in preventing domestic violence acts.
3. Commune-level People's Committee presidents are responsible for handling or assigning handling immediately upon receiving reports or denunciations about domestic violence acts or receiving reports on domestic violence acts by organizations and individuals specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article, except for the case specified in Clause 4 of this Article.
In case of reporting or denunciation about acts of domestic violence in which the victim is a child, pregnant woman, woman raising a child under 36 months old, the elderly, the disabled, or persons unable to take care of themselves or domestic violence acts that have or are likely to endanger the health and life of the victims of violence, the presidents of the commune-level People's Committees shall assign the commune, ward or township police (hereinafter referred to as the Commune Police) to handle.
4. In case of reporting or denouncing crimes, the receipt and handling of such information and denunciations must comply with the provisions of the criminal procedure law.
5. The process of receiving and handling reports and denunciations about acts of domestic violence shall comply with the Government's regulations.

Thus, the police agency and border guard station near the place where domestic violence occurs, when receiving reports or denunciations, shall, within the ambit of their powers, promptly prevent and handle domestic violence acts under the powers.
