- Contributing to concretize the target of reducing greenhouse gas emission intensity per GDP by at least 15% by 2030 compared to 2014, towards the goal of net emissions to "zero" by 2050.

- Increasing awareness and investment interest of domestic and foreign enterprises and investors in the concept of the concept of economy; promoting the application of the THIS model to promote the greening of economic sectors.
