How are branches under the Party Committee regulated?
According to Article 24 of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam 2011 stipulates the branch as follows:
"Article 24.
1. Cells directly under the grassroots party committees are organized according to the workplace or residence of the party members in Vietnam; Each branch has at least 3 official party members.
