Based on Section 15 of the Appendix issued along with Resolution 65/NQ-CP 2024, apart from the requirement to complete the report, other requests from the Government of Vietnam regarding the content presided over by the Ministry of Home Affairs, and cooperation with agencies and localities include:
- Actively advise competent authorities to resolve difficulties and obstacles in reorganizing district and commune-level administrative units; expedite and guide localities to urgently complete the reorganization process for district and commune-level administrative units, ensuring completion before September 30, 2024. Simultaneously, effectively address arising issues, enhance communication and promotion to achieve consensus among the public in the affected areas.
- Strengthen the responsibility for coordination, monitoring, and expeditious implementation of job position arrangements in ministries, agencies, and localities.
- Closely cooperate with ministries, agencies, and localities to review and reorganize public service providers, streamline the organizational structure, and reduce staffing according to the spirit of the Central Committee's Sixth Plenum's resolutions of the XII Term, the National Assembly's resolutions, and directives of the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister and the Steering Committee on Renewing and Reorganizing Governmental Organization.
- Urge ministries and agencies to promptly draft decisions for the Prime Minister to issue lists of public service providers under each ministry, specify their functions, tasks, authority, and organizational structure of the general departments; appraise them so ministries and agencies can complete drafts for the Prime Minister's consideration and decision.
- Preside over and coordinate with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and relevant agencies to develop an implementation plan for the national movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, reporting to the Prime Minister before May 15, 2024.

a) Closely monitor international and regional developments; perform well in analysis and forecasting; coordinate harmoniously between monetary policy and fiscal policy and other macroeconomic policies, with prompt, suitable, and effective policy reactions to emerging issues. Focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles, create maximum facilitation, reduce costs for accessing credit for businesses and people. Implement solutions to unleash the 120 trillion VND social housing credit package; effectively manage bad debts, weak credit institutions, and special supervisory banks to help ensure the stability and safety of the credit institution system.
b) Enhance discipline and fiscal, state budget management; implement solutions to collect accurately, sufficiently, promptly, expand the tax base, and exploit remaining revenue sources; continue maintaining and promoting achievements in implementing regulations on electronic invoices; strive to increase revenue, while strictly controlling and saving expenditures, especially recurrent expenditures, to allocate resources for development investment, particularly for key, national significant projects, and for wage reform and social security.
c) Grasp market situation, balance supply and demand, prices of goods to have appropriate and effective solutions to stabilize the market and prices, particularly for essential goods, housing, and food. Review and thoroughly analyze price hikes to have suitable regulatory measures; comprehensively and meticulously evaluate the impact of adjusting electricity prices, medical, education services, and state-set price items on inflation, business activities, and people's livelihoods to determine the subjects, timing, extent, and roadmap for appropriate, cautious, and assured price adjustments, ensuring inflation control as targeted.
